Using a particular buyers style (To entice a specific buyer) or a generic interior design style we show clients what the room can look like in a virtual design presentation.
The client can then see for themselves the vision and potential of the room or entire home. This method of Virtual Real Estate has been proven effective in increasing sales and turnaround on listed properties!

Real Estate Services
We have a standard list of Real Estate services that meet most of our client needs. We can also customize services for you.
We start out with standard pricing with all clients then provide volume discounts as the relationship develops.
Designer Impressions: We look at the existing room and envision it as it could or should be. Using a Transitional design style the room gets a complete make-over providing clients a very clear before and after. The after image erases the before in the clients mind leaving them with possibilities.
The process is simple, you simply provide us with the photography you have taken for the rooms you want in the MLS listing. Send the photos to us and indicate which rooms you want a designer impression for.
Photo Touch-up: Often pictures are taken by photographers who don't realize the impact of mail and a key basket on the kitchen counter, or a car is blocking the curb appeal. With our photo touch-ups we remove the car, clean up the counters and remove other unsightly items from the room you are showing before those pictures are up on MLS.
Home mapping and 3D viewing: If you can provide a floor plan we can take that plan and convert it into a 3D model the client can view on their or your computer. They can literally walk through the rooms. We can even furnish the rooms if you want. This is especially beneficial for condo's, or larger homes that have many separate spaces. It provides a unique perspective of the home and spaces within the home in relation to other rooms.
